Combine sugar, cornstarch , and salt in small saucepan; stir in 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water to form a paste. Bring mixture to boil, stirring constantly; cook 5 minutes or until thickened and bubbling, then remove from heat. Carefully pour hot mixture over rolls , dividing evenly. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes or until rolls are golden brown and bubbling.
